A Program-Based Business Model
JBT combines photo-based posture assessment, customer consultation and PM Balance Seitai with structured 17- and 34-session programs.
The model supports repeat visits and ongoing customer relationships. Standardized treatment, consultation and training processes help reduce dependence on individual staff members.
Trained staff deliver services while the franchise owner manages the team, operations and business performance. Active owner involvement is required.
Investment and Store Model
• Estimated initial investment: SGD 115,000–195,000

• Working capital must be budgeted separately
A compact unit can be planned around approximately six treatment beds, two Thompson beds, and dedicated assessment and consultation areas.

Training and Operating Support
JBT provides support covering site review, store setup, recruitment, practical training at the Singapore flagship, opening preparation and ongoing operational guidance.
Training includes PM Balance Seitai, posture assessment, customer consultation, quality control and KPI management.
